The Advertising Producers Association is a leading organization in the film and television production industry. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results and fostering growth opportunities for our employees.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and coordinate commercial productions from conceptualization to completion.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, directors, and crew members to ensure successful project execution.
  3. Oversee the sourcing and management of crew, equipment, and vendors for each production.
  4. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and permits for international productions.
  5. Maintain accurate records and logs of all projects, including invoices, contracts, and correspondence.
  6. Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial production, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects within budget and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and proficiency in MS Office.
