Job Description:

Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Remote (onsite/1 day working from home)

Salary: £28k - £32k plus benefits

About the Role:

  • Resolve end-user technical requests and carry out the incident management process to ensure normal service operations with the aim of minimising impact on business operations.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Document and share knowledge to improve the overall service desk experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer interaction skills to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, including Office 365, Windows 10, cloud technologies, VMware, and networking knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Service Desk Analyst experience - Prior experience in desktop/technical support positions.
  • Experience in documenting and knowledge sharing.
  • Good customer interaction skills.
  • Office 365, Windows 10, knowledge of cloud technologies, VMware, and networking knowledge (desirable).
