About the Position

GSL Education - Manchester is recruiting an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide individualised support to students with SEN, enhancing their learning experience and contributing to their academic success.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people and be able to motivate them to achieve their full potential. You will work effectively as part of a team, providing tailored support to students with SEN, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.

  2. Support students with SEN in accessing the curriculum, promoting inclusion and equality.
  3. Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement IEPs and behaviour management strategies.

Salary and Benefits
