Job Title: Children Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Children Staff Nurse to join our team at Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in our intermediate care bed-based facility.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure a high standard of care is maintained in the intermediate care bed-based facility
* Liaise with the Intermediate Care Sister/Charge Nurse to ensure information is shared regarding patient care and changes to care plans
* Liaise with healthcare professionals and other agencies to ensure effective service delivery in the intermediate care facility
* Perform comprehensive assessments of patient nursing needs
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate programs of care according to changing health needs under the direction of the Intermediate Care Sister/Charge Nurse
* Maintain accurate records in accordance with NMC standards
* Communicate and collaborate with other members of the Integrated Intermediate Care Team, PHCT, voluntary, and statutory organizations to support individual patient care

Requirements:

* Current NMC registration
* Post-registration experience
* Newly qualified nurse with Intermediate Care interest
* Ability to work flexibly in accordance with service needs
* Ability to travel independently across the Trust
