Culinary Team Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals that meet their dietary needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective meal preparation and service.
- Plan and coordinate menus to meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked.
- Monitor and control food costs to ensure that we are operating within budget.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our residents receive excellent care and service.
Requirements:
- SNVQ2 in Catering and Hospitality or Professional Cookery.
- Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Passion for providing high-quality food and excellent customer service.
