Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals that meet their dietary needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective meal preparation and service.
  • Plan and coordinate menus to meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked.
  • Monitor and control food costs to ensure that we are operating within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our residents receive excellent care and service.

Requirements:

  • SNVQ2 in Catering and Hospitality or Professional Cookery.
  • Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Passion for providing high-quality food and excellent customer service.
