Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Sodexo in Hinckley. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for crafting and cooking mouth-watering dishes with a passion for perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and create innovative menus with a focus on seasonal ingredients
  • Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety are maintained
  • Contribute to a positive and innovative kitchen culture

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume setting
  • Professional cookery or culinary qualifications
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
