About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Assistant to join our Back of House team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.

Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients, cooking, and plating dishes according to our recipes and presentation standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all dishes prepared in the kitchen.
  • Kitchen Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with your colleagues to ensure seamless service and support during busy periods.
  • Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements
