About the Role

As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services to our clients. You'll work closely with our clients, their families, and our care teams to ensure that our clients receive the care and support they need to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services to our clients
* Conduct regular spot checks, supervisions, and quality reviews to ensure our clients receive the highest level of care
* Identify training and development needs for our care teams and implement training programs to ensure our teams are equipped to deliver exceptional care
* Collaborate with our care teams to develop and implement individual care plans that meet the unique needs of our clients
* Ensure our clients receive the support they need to manage their medication, personal care, and daily living tasks

What You'll Need

* Experience in leading a team of care professionals
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Compassion and empathy for our clients and their families
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
