Job Title: Field Care Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of care workers to deliver care services to clients in their own homes.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify training and development needs for care workers and provide support and guidance to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including care coordinators and care managers, to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and they receive the best possible care.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role in a care setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of care policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
