Job Title: Field Care Supervisor

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients, while also supporting and developing our care team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care workers to deliver high-quality care to clients in their own homes.
  • Conduct regular spot checks and quality reviews to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures.
  • Identify training and development needs for care workers and provide support and guidance to help them develop their skills.
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
  • Support clients with their medication and assist with practical tasks such as shopping and housework.

Requirements:

  • Experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments in respect of individual service users.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
  • Resilience and willingness to learn new skills and develop knowledge.
