Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to join our team. As a supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team of care professionals, ensuring that our clients receive safe and effective care. You'll work closely with our clients, their families, and our care team to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to our clients
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with our clients and their families
  • Conduct regular spot checks, supervisions, and quality reviews to ensure the highest standards of care
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support clients with their medication and provide practical assistance with daily tasks

Requirements

We're looking for someone with a strong background in care, ideally with experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments. You'll need to be resilient, compassionate, and able to work effectively as part of a close-knit team. Full training will be provided, but we're looking for someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills.
