Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to join our team. As a supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team of care professionals, ensuring that our clients receive safe and effective care. You'll work closely with our clients, their families, and our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to our clients
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with our clients and their families
  • Conduct regular spot checks, supervisions, and quality reviews to ensure the highest standards of care
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support clients with their medication and assist with practical tasks such as shopping and housework

Requirements

We're looking for someone with a passion for care and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. You'll need to be resilient, able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills. Ideally, you'll have experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments, but we provide full training for the right candidate.
