At Motorfinanceonline, we are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced motor finance environment, providing support to field-based sales managers and developing strong relationships with motor dealers and finance brokers.

About the Role

This office/home-based sales role involves daily telephone contact with the Underwriting and Business Support teams to ensure service standards are being met. You will use introducer feedback to recommend and assist in the development of new processes and loan products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily telephone contact with the Underwriting and Business Support teams to ensure service standards are being met
  • Using introducer feedback to recommend and assist in the development of new processes and loan products
  • Providing sales support and completing administrative duties on behalf of the Regional Sales Manager
  • Providing our introducers with ad-hoc quotations
  • Assessing and administering Introducer applications before they are sent for approval
  • Monitoring and managing our existing pipeline business
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed and delivered in line with agreed deadlines and service standards
  • Attending training courses identified to assist in personal and role development
  • Making regular contact with our Introducers, growing volume support of the desired quality by building trust between introducer and lender
  • Delivering an excellent service to our Introducers
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Grade C or above GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
  • A professional outlook and ability to influence others
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels within a large organisation
  • Ability to use own initiative and work within a team
  • Ability to adapt to change and remain calm under pressure
  • Persuading and negotiating skills
  • Handling rejection and remaining positive
  • Demonstrate an awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework
  • Demonstrate problem-solving with good analytical skills
  • Brief experience of underwriting and ability to assess financial information (desirable)
What We Offer
