**Sales Executive Position**
**About The Role**

**Purpose of the role**
As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our Regional Sales Managers and building strong relationships with Motor Dealers and Finance Brokers (Introducers). Your focus will be on enhancing our Motor Finance Lending market share and reputation while ensuring an exceptional customer journey for our Introducers.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Liaison with Underwriting and Business Support teams to maintain service standards.
- Utilize Introducer feedback to recommend process improvements.
- Support Regional Sales Managers with administrative tasks.
- Provide adhoc quotations to Introducers.
- Monitor and oversee existing pipeline business.
- Generate management information for the Management Team.
- Attend relevant training courses for personal and professional development.
- Maintain regular contact with Introducers, fostering trust and growing business volume.
- Deliver excellent service to Introducers.

**Qualifications and experience**
- GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C or above in English and Mathematics.
**Working hours**
- Monday - Friday between 08:30-18:00 (One-hour lunch), on a communicated rota basis.
**Training**
- Relevant training provided.
**Salary and Benefits**
- Salary Range: £21,255 to £26,000.
