The Role:

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of Talenscio by focusing on generating leads, building relationships, and converting these opportunities into successful sales across the UK and N. American markets.

You will be responsible for engaging with senior HR decision-makers and understanding their unique challenges to provide tailored solutions using our cutting-edge platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales Development: Proactively identify, research, and engage with potential clients in the HR and recruitment sectors.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with HR decision-makers, talent acquisition leaders, and other key stakeholders within target organisations.
  • Consultative Sales Process: Conduct in-depth discovery calls and presentations to understand each prospect's specific requirements.
  • Sales Pipeline & Reporting: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless transition for the client to the onboarding team.
  • Collaboration with Marketing & Product Teams: Work closely with the marketing team to align on messaging, strategies, and campaigns that will drive inbound leads.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience & Success in SaaS Sales: Proven track record in business development or sales roles, particularly within the HR tech space or SaaS industry.
  • Deep Understanding of HR Tech & Recruitment: Strong knowledge of HR processes, challenges, and the recruitment landscape.
  • Sales Skills & Commercial Acumen: Excellent consultative sales skills with the ability to build trust and engage stakeholders.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
