This is a new business role where you will be required to perform prospect outreach via phone calls, emails, site meetings, attending industry-related events, and social selling.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Sales Development: Proactively identify, research, and engage with potential clients in the HR and recruitment sectors.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with HR decision-makers, talent acquisition leaders, and other key stakeholders within target organisations.
- Consultative Sales Process: Conduct in-depth discovery calls and presentations to understand each prospect's specific requirements.
- Sales Pipeline & Reporting: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless transition for the client to the onboarding team.
