About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Development Manager to oversee development projects and opportunities from inception to completion. The successful candidate will assess and underwrite speculative development opportunities, review feasibility, costs, programme and plans, and manage risk and finance to ensure projects deliver risk-adjusted returns and align with the business's overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Technical background in building surveying, construction management or civil engineering
