About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CEO Support and Operations Manager to join our team at Oxfam GB. As a key member of the CEO's office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and managing the day-to-day operations of the CEO's office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

You will also be able to work effectively with social media and digital platforms, and have a flexible, service-oriented approach. Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements and other logistics.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency of the CEO's office.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and use sound judgement to tackle issues arising.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and digital platforms.
  • Flexible, service-oriented approach.
