Join Premier Christian Communications Ltd as a Strategic Operations Director and contribute to the scientific exploration of the ocean.

We are seeking an exceptional leader to co-lead and implement our organisation's strategy, operational oversight, and team management across science, marine operations, logistics, data, communications, finance, and central operations teams. You will manage one of the major global marine biodiversity programmes of the decade, advancing our knowledge of ocean life, catalysing global marine conservation, inspiring ocean engagement, and harnessing equitable, international collaboration.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Co-leadership with the CEO on organisational structure and resource needs to ensure implementation of the strategy.
  2. Support the CEO in building and maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders, including donors, partners, and government agencies.
  3. Leadership of programme implementation and management, including budgeting, staffing, legal, marine operations, administration, science, communications, and evaluation.
  4. Overseeing the organisation's financial strategy and budgeting, ensuring alignment with the organisational vision.
  5. Developing fundraising strategies that enable achievement of the overall strategy and vision.

We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications. This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a significant impact in the field of ocean exploration and conservation.
