The Benefits
- Salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (pro rata)
- Pension provision with a minimum of 5% employer contribution (increasing with service)
- 26 days of annual leave (pro rata), in addition to public holidays

The Role
You will oversee the financial operations of both our UK and overseas offices, ensuring financial sustainability. This includes leading financial operations, budgeting, cash flow management and financial reporting, while working closely with key stakeholders such as the CEO, Country Directors and Director of International Development.
About You
To be considered, you will need:
- A professional accounting qualification with significant experience in financial management
- Experience managing financial operations across multiple countries
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-cultural teams
- Strong knowledge of charity accounting, audit processes, and statutory requirements
