Head of Financial Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our finance team in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial plans, reports, and forecasts to support business growth.
- Manage the company's cash flow and ensure financial stability.
- Oversee financial processes, including audits, to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including auditors and banks.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
- Design and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
