Financial Operations Role

Protalent is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join their team in Oxford. As a key member of the Outsourcing division, you will be responsible for building positive relationships with clients and colleagues, utilizing accounting software packages like Xero, Sage, and CCH, and assisting in the preparation of management accounts and VAT returns.

About the Role:

  • Process invoices and reconcile bank accounts
  • Grow your technical knowledge through on-the-job training and formal qualifications
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality financial services

About You:

  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Keen to learn and progress
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • AAT qualification (or in progress) with at least 1-2 years of experience in a UK accountancy practice or a varied industry role
