Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and ensure all customer requirements are scheduled in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the workshop to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Communicate with customers to clarify their needs and provide updates on job completion.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Meet and greet customers on arrival and provide a professional and friendly service.
- Agree timescales for unscheduled work with customers and follow through to completion.
Requirements:

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once.
