We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a CADA Development Officer. This fixed-term, part-time role is supported by the UK Aid Alliance and funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO).

About CADA
CADA is the Coalition of Aid and Development Agencies in Northern Ireland, comprising a diverse range of membership organizations. As a CADA Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in strengthening and expanding our network, fostering collaboration, inspiring change, and influencing policy within the Coalition.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and develop the CADA network, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing among member organizations.
- Inspire change and influence policy within the Coalition, working closely with stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the CADA network, ensuring its continued growth and impact.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Proven experience in relationship building, strategic planning, and policy advocacy.Knowledge of policy, advocacy, or campaigns, with experience working with governmental and non-governmental organizations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.What We Offer

Contract Details
This is a fixed-term, part-time contract, working 4 days and 28 hours per week. The role is subject to funding and will be set for a fixed-term duration, starting as soon as possible and ending in April 2027.
