We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General Cleaning: Maintain a clean and tidy environment, including offices and production areas.
  • Decorating: Perform general decorating tasks, such as painting and touch-ups, as needed.
  • Weed Spraying: Regularly maintain outdoor areas, ensuring they are free of weeds and well-kept.
  • Window Cleaning: Regularly clean windows to maintain a presentable workspace.
  • Basic Repairs: Assist with minor maintenance and repairs as required to keep the premises in good condition.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar maintenance or cleaning role is preferred.
  • Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Maintenance Knowledge: Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Health and Safety: Health and safety awareness, particularly in handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
