Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Labcorp. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, fault finding, and installation work on mechanical and electrical building services and associated equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in an integrated maintenance team to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize a range of mechanical and electrical services tools and machines to perform tasks efficiently.
- Read and interpret mechanical and electrical services drawings and schematics to identify and resolve issues.
- Apply fault finding procedures and equipment manufacturers' manuals to diagnose and rectify faults.
- Operate and repair steam boiler plant and associated steam services, as well as undertake water treatment tests.
- Inspect and repair hot water heating systems, hot and cold domestic water systems, and compressed air plant and installations.
- Diagnose and repair electrical equipment and installations in line with current regulations.
- Work on drainage systems, weld using gas or electric, and install copper, plastic, or steel pipes using appropriate jointing techniques.
- Calibrate and commission equipment to standard operating procedures.
