Account Director Job Description

Careerwise is seeking a highly skilled Account Director to manage our biggest and most complex client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and grow relationships with our network of clients to drive business growth and satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Pursue new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and account management.
  • Account Management: Drive client satisfaction while maximizing account profitability through effective account management processes.
  • Process Enhancement: Enhance account management processes across the company to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Transformation Support: Support the company's transition to a comprehensive digital consulting firm by driving digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Account Management Experience: Strong account management experience with proven client success and a track record of driving business growth.
  • B2B Technology Consulting: B2B technology consulting and digital transformation expertise with a focus on advertising technology and digital marketing.
  • Advertising Technology: Advertising technology experience with exposure to various optimizing AdTech solutions.
  • Media/Advertising Sector Knowledge: Media/advertising sector knowledge with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Negotiation and Relationship Management: Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
