Youth Justice Specialist

Role Overview
Kent County Council is seeking a skilled Youth Justice Practitioner to join our team in Maidstone. As a key member of our multi-agency service, you will work closely with young people, their families, and other professionals to provide support and interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and complete reports for court and panels.
- Work directly with young people and their families to deliver interventions as part of their statutory program.
- Participate in regular team meetings and multi-agency meetings to discuss prevention and risk management strategies.
Requirements
This role requires a Full UK Driving Licence, and you will be expected to travel across the districts. The Council is committed to making reasonable adjustments, and your application will still be considered if you are unable to drive due to a disability.
