Commercial Growth Director for Museum Venues

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aerospace and Defence Sales Professional to join our team at Compass Group UK.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth across our museum venues, focusing on corporate events. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a proactive sales role, preferably within the corporate event market.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the key market segments and clients in the Manchester area.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a contributory pension scheme, digital GP access, travel discounts, food shop savings, cinema tickets, cash rewards, wellness classes, and sharing discounts with friends and family.
