Your Responsibilities:

  • Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support for students with complex needs
  • Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Supporting students with personal care and mobility (if required)
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and specialists to deliver a holistic approach to learning
  • Encouraging independence and promoting positive behaviour
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or adults with complex needs (preferred but not essential)
  • A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
  • Willingness to assist with personal care if required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one
