Your Responsibilities:
- Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support for students with complex needs
- Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Supporting students with personal care and mobility (if required)
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and specialists to deliver a holistic approach to learning
- Encouraging independence and promoting positive behaviour
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or adults with complex needs (preferred but not essential)
- A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
- Willingness to assist with personal care if required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one
