We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Worker to join our team at The Hall Residential Home. Our residents require support to maintain their independence, dignity, and respect, and we need someone who can provide this care with kindness and understanding.
- Supporting residents to maintain their independence and dignity
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Working collaboratively with our care team to ensure the highest quality of care
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 and Care Certificate or actively working towards these qualifications
- Prior experience of working in a care setting is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate
