Accounts Payable Coordinator | Financial Operations

TFG London is a dynamic company with a strong portfolio of fashion and homewares brands. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Group Finance Team, supporting the achievement of our short, medium, and long-term objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
\t- Process general expenses by posting invoices and payments in the ledger and bank.
\t - Allocate Direct Debits transactions within the ledger.
\t - Reconcile ledger balances to supplier statements.
\t - Maintain and review Aged Creditor balances, including the allocation of payments and investigation of outstanding items.
\t - Produce monthly Aged Creditor reconciliation.
\t - Investigate and resolve queries from suppliers and internal departments.
\t - Manage the daily Accounts Payable Inbox.
\t - Reconcile Other Debtors and Other Creditors accounts.
\t - Process Prepayments.
To succeed in this role, you will be a self-starter with the ability to multitask and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business. You will have experience working in a busy finance department, preferably in an AP capacity.
A professional accounting qualification is desirable, and you should be comfortable using Excel, with experience in vlookups and pivot tables. Knowledge of SUN is also an advantage.
