Job Title: Nursing Associate

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our team at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a Nursing Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team.

About the Role

The Nursing Associate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within their sphere of responsibility. You will work closely with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and evaluate care plans, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to achieve patient-centered outcomes
  • Participate in the teaching and supervision of other staff members
  • Contribute to the development of service pathways and protocols
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the Nursing Associate role and its responsibilities. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
