Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within your sphere of responsibility.
- Ensure all patients receive high-quality patient care, adhering to professional standards and Trust policies.
- Utilize and further enhance existing skills to provide expert clinical assessment, care planning, care delivery, and clinical advice.
- Assist in the management and organization of work in the clinical area, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
- Act in accordance with the NMC Code, carrying out duties in line with Trust policies and procedures.
- Provide evidence-based nursing care, utilizing expert clinical assessment, care planning, care delivery, and clinical advice.
- Ensure accurate, clear, concise, and legible records relating to patient care, adhering to NMC standards.
- Actively assess and manage risk within the clinical area, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Adhere to the Trust Medicines Policy and NMC Standards for medicines management.
- Participate in the teaching and supervision of other members of staff under the direction of the Team Leader.
- Support Clinical Governance systems to deliver high-quality care, adhering to professional standards and Trust policies.
