About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agency Administration Specialist to join our team at Legal & General. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the on-boarding and agency servicing processes for our business divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Agency Appointments and Terminations: Ensure that all agency appointments and terminations are processed in accordance with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.
  • Process Applications and Transfers: Develop and maintain a professional customer care approach to all Legal & General Intermediaries by processing applications, terminations, agency transfers, and policyholder transfer requests.
  • Investigate and Resolve Issues: Identify and investigate potential problems with commission or agency records, and take corrective action to prevent incorrect agency payments or reporting.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Interact with internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
  • Work Collaboratively with the Team: Collaborate with the Agency Enquires Team to provide a full support service, including cover for the telephone helpline and agency-related queries.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication and Analytical Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective Planning and Prioritization: Demonstrate strong planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Financial Services Industry: Have a good understanding of the Independent Financial Advisor market and relevant regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong desktop skills around Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
