The Generic Recruitment Advisor position plays a vital role in carrying out daily recruitment activities. This includes providing recruitment advice and solutions to service users on various recruitment processes and procedures related inquiries.

Additionally, the Generic Recruitment Advisor provides support to the Generic Recruitment Team lead and Deputy Generic Nursing Recruitment Manager in establishing processes and systems of work within the team, as well as contributing to the NHS Lothian's Recruitment Services agenda when necessary.

NB: With the reduction in working hours, you may be required to work up to 30 minutes more per week for a temporary period, which will be compensated accordingly.

Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this position is around £32,000 - £40,000, depending on location and experience.
