Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Coordinator for Children to join our team in the City of Edinburgh, East, Mid and West Lothian areas.

Job Purpose

The post holder will work across various community and acute settings to provide clinical care to children with complex health needs.

The successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical care to children with exceptional health care needs
  • Work across the City of Edinburgh, East, Mid and West Lothian in community and acute settings
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
