Job Title: Substance Misuse Recovery Lead

Estimated Salary: £33,098 per annum

Location: Leicestershire

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a close-knit team as a Service Manager, taking a proactive approach to substance misuse recovery. The successful candidate will have significant experience of direct client work in an alcohol, drug or mental health setting, with expertise in recruiting, line managing and supervising staff.

You will be responsible for managing a team and service co-located within a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring data entry onto our MI and reporting systems is accurate and timely. You will also develop a service/location training and development plan and oversee the delivery of high-quality services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent literacy and numeracy, and the ability to lead by example. They must be highly motivated, flexible, and solution-focused, with a firm but inclusive management style.
