Exciting Opportunity for a Dental Practice Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dental Practice Manager to join our team at Damira Dental Studios Shirley Practice in Southampton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the clinical compliance and resourcing of the practice
  • Deliver NHS and private dental services
  • Work closely with the regional Area Manager, Area Compliance Officer, and Support Office
  • Participate in regional monthly meetings and quarterly Practice Manager meetings

Requirements:

  • Experience of UK dental practice management
  • CQC compliance
  • Competitive salary negotiable depending on experience

About the Role:

The Practice Manager will be responsible for the successful running of our busy 7-surgery practice, providing NHS and private dental services to the local community. The role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a well-established and growing company.
