About the Role:
- Lead a team of dental professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve practice performance and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with regional Area Managers, Compliance Officers, and the Support Office to achieve company goals.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in UK dental practice management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
