About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dental Practice Manager to join our team at Damira Dental Studios Shirley Practice in Southampton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the clinical compliance, resourcing of the practice, and delivery of NHS and private dental services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations
  • Lead a team of dental professionals
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with regional Area Manager, Area Compliance Officer, and Support Office
Requirements
  • GDC registered manager (preferred)
  • Experience of UK dental practice management - mandatory
  • Experience of managing an NHS contract - mandatory
  • CQC compliance
  • Line management experience - mandatory
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent presentation
  • Reliable and supportive
