About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dental Practice Manager to join our team at Damira Dental Studios Shirley Practice in Southampton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring the delivery of high-quality dental services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the clinical compliance of the practice, ensuring adherence to NHS and private dental services standards.
- Responsible for the resourcing of the practice, including staff management and recruitment.
- Oversee the delivery of NHS and private dental services, ensuring excellent patient care and satisfaction.
- Work closely with the regional Area Manager, Area Compliance Officer, and Support Office to ensure seamless practice operations.
Requirements:
- GDC registered manager (preferred)
- Experience of UK dental practice management - mandatory
- Experience of managing an NHS contract - mandatory
- CQC compliance
- Line management experience - mandatory
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent presentation
- Reliable and supportive
