About the Role
- Lead a team of dental professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Develop and implement strategies to improve practice performance and patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with regional Area Manager, Area Compliance Officer, and Support Office to achieve business objectives
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

- Proven experience in UK dental practice management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
