Business Support Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our Business Intelligence and Contracts and Legal team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting administration, including organizing meetings with suppliers, preparing agendas, and maintaining action logs.
- Composing and sending letters from templates on behalf of the Contracts and Legal Team as required.
- Updating databases and ensuring that documentation is filed correctly in shared electronic folders.
- Retrieving data from spreadsheets and producing graphs as requested and supporting with the collation of information for reports.
- Receiving and re-directing initial enquiries sent to the shared Contracts and Legal Team email inbox.

Eligible for NHS Pension
The successful candidate will be expected to operate at a high standard and manage their own workload with minimal supervision. They will also be required to demonstrate a significant level of initiative in the organization of workloads and make decisions regarding the most appropriate action needed in a timely manner.
Working Arrangements
The role will involve working from our headquarters in Colchester, with flexibility to work from home or other Provide office locations. The hours of work will be 09:30 - 16:00, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute break.
