About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Tarmac. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing internal sales support to your wider team, as well as the wider Tarmac group.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the Tarmac Aggregate and Asphalt product range
- Support the raising and pricing of quotes that will process to order conversion or query resolutions
- Work with the team converting enquiries into orders, respond to sales calls and emails
- Demonstrate an excellent telephone manner when dealing with customers
- Prioritise and multitask daily duties
- Understanding and assessing customer needs
- Represent the company and its core values
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Engage with the customer to better understand requirements
Requirements
- Experience in SAP, CRM and Microsoft IT systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with the existing team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard
- Positive attitude, building rapport and positive relationships with customers and internal colleagues
- Proactive to learn new skills and achieve your own personal goals, as well as business goals
