Associate Professor in Education

Widener University is seeking a highly qualified Associate Professor in Education to join our faculty. As a key member of our academic team, you will be responsible for teaching, research, and service.
Responsibilities:- Teach courses in Counselor Education and supervise students in the Master of Counselor Education Program.
- Develop and implement curriculum, assessments, and evaluations to ensure student success.
- Contribute to the development of the program's strategic plan and goals.
- Engage in scholarly activities, such as research, presentations, and publications.
- Participate in departmental and university service, including committee work and professional development.
- Master's degree in Counselor Education or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Doctoral degree in Counselor Education or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Experience in teaching, research, and service in higher education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
