Cardio-Respiratory Booking Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Cardio-Respiratory team as an Admin/Booking Clerk. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with a focus on planning, booking, and scheduling outpatient appointments to meet Government and Trust targets.
Main Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the department manager to optimize clinic capacity and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Manage follow-up waiting lists, prioritizing patients and offering choices of day and time where possible.
- Handle administrative inquiries, including face-to-face, phone, and email interactions, to assist patients and staff with appointment bookings and re-bookings.
