Senior Marketing and Communications Manager

Market 36 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's marketing strategies and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute impactful marketing plans to strengthen the company's market position and drive business growth.
- Lead Marketing and Communications: Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing and communications within the company, sharing knowledge, fostering collaboration, and identifying key opportunities to drive growth.
- Manage PR and Social Media: Develop and execute the company's PR and social media strategies, building relationships with media outlets and securing valuable coverage.
- Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across the company's service offerings, including raising awareness in new markets and promoting our services.
- Develop and Execute Awards Strategy: Develop and execute the company's awards strategy, including creating and managing a calendar of events to enhance the company's visibility and promote our services.
- Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure they can market the business effectively to prospective clients.
- Champion the Company Brand: Champion the company brand, collaborating with the Group Creative Director to ensure consistent branding and tone of voice across the organization.
- Relevant Degree or HND: A relevant degree or HND is preferred.
- Portfolio Showcasing: A portfolio showcasing relevant work experience and skills is required.
- B2B Marketing Experience: Demonstrable success in driving growth through advertising and other marketing channels is essential.
- Experience in Data Collection and Analysis: Experience in data collection and analysis is required.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Digital Marketing Channel Mix: Strong understanding of the digital marketing channel mix: SEO, social media, PPC, display, and brand building.
- Marketing Software: Familiarity with marketing software such as Google Business, Tools, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and WordPress.
- GDPR and Legislation: Understanding of GDPR and relevant legislation.
- Copywriting and Grammar Skills: Exceptional copywriting, grammar, and proofreading skills.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
