The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's marketing and communications strategies, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement impactful marketing strategies to strengthen the company's market position and drive business growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing and communications within the company, sharing knowledge, fostering collaboration, and identifying key opportunities to drive growth.
- Lead the company's marketing strategy under the guidance of the Head of Marketing, with a comprehensive focus on marketing, communications, web presence, and industry awards.
- Manage the company's marketing strategy, building relationships with media outlets and securing valuable coverage.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across the company's service offerings.
- Take charge of planning and executing company events and group-wide communications.
- Develop and execute the company's awards strategy.
- Create and manage a calendar of events to enhance the company's visibility and promote its services.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new markets, services, or products, ensuring adaptability to market changes, consumer trends, and competitor activities.
- Conduct quarterly reviews of the marketing plan, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure they can market the business effectively to prospective clients.
- Champion the company's brand, collaborating with the Group Creative Director to ensure consistent branding and tone of voice across the organization.
Requirements:
- A relevant degree or HND is preferred.
- Portfolio showcasing.
- B2B marketing experience.
- Demonstrable success in driving growth through advertising and other marketing channels.
- Experience in data collection and analysis.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing channel mix: SEO, social media, PPC, display, and brand building.
- Familiarity with marketing software such as Google Business, Tools, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, WordPress.
- Understanding of GDPR and relevant legislation.
- Exceptional copywriting, grammar, and proofreading skills.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
