About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Willis Global Ltd. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our client's container shipping business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the London headquarters, including market intelligence, regulatory compliance, and marketing efforts.
  • Projection: Create weekly and yearly projections for EU and TAS container volumes, as well as market rate projections.
  • Budget Planning: Develop and monitor budget plans for the next year, including EU and TAS container volumes.
  • Head Office Inquiries: Respond to inquiries from the head office, including operational issues, service product issues, and system issues.
  • Meetings: Prepare for strategy meetings, CEO meetings, and monthly principal meetings with the head office.
Requirements
  • Knowledge: Liner shipping industry best practices.
  • Language: Fluent Korean speaker.
  • Skills: Marketing experience, MS Office, especially advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint, outstanding organizational skills, leadership skills, commercially and operationally minded, good facilitation, presentational, and analytical skills.
